Mighty Stars Gymnastics
- 3 & 4yrs
A 50 minute class, held once a week, for preschoolers just starting to explore the movement of gymnastics, while focusing on hand-eye coordination, listening skills, trusting the instructor, and gaining self confidence.
Recreational Gymnastics Classes
Our range of recreational gymnastics levels allows gymnasts to progress at their own pace, through the 4 events: Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor. Our structured lesson plans are designed to teach core gymnastics skills and improve fitness in a fun way! Classes are 55 minutes, once a week. Levels: PINK (beginner) -> ORANGE -> BLUE -> GREEN
Little Ninjas
3 & 4yrs
A 50-minute class held once a week that introduces young athletes to basic movement and obstacle concepts.
About OSEGA Gymnastics
OSEGA was established to bring a recreational and competitive sports facility to Western North Carolina (WNC). Since its inception, OSEGA has added gymnastics, ninja warrior training, and obstacle course racing as sports for individuals ages 3 to adulthood. In addition to its slate of sports, OSEGA offers the WNC community Bright Stars Learning Academy, an educational pre-k, an after-school care program, as well as hosting birthday parties, school closure camps, summer camps, and a host of other creative events for the community.
